. . Quincy Roche, defensive end. 3. player. 834.

This is a good moment for the Jacksonville Jaguars to add depth.

The Jaguars need to add more than just one player to their front four. Defensive ends K’Lavon Chaisson and Dawuane Smoot have recently played well, but their Week1 5 against the Baltimore Ravens displayed an inability to generate pressure upfront.

This Jacksonville team double downs and their third-round selection, the only one they have to add Jaelan Phillips teammate, defensive end Quincy Roche, who is a pretty polished product heading into the NFL.

847. . . . Khalil Herbert, running back. 4. player

The Jaguars have a stud in running back James Robinson. However, they don’t have a competent backup behind him and they could use a fourth-round selection to select someone who can spend the Illinois State standout and take his place in case he needs to miss some time.

Khalil Herbert of Virginia Tech just declared for the draft and provides value in the passing game as a blocker and as a wide receiver. He’s the kind of complete running back Jacksonville should be interested in.

814. . . . Monty Rice, Georgia. 4. player

Joe Schobert and Myles Jack are key cogs in the Jaguars linebacker corps. However, they need to solidify their third spot, as they don’t currently any other impact players in the group. Jacksonville has an extra fourth-round selection, the one they obtained when as part of the Jalen Ramsey trade. They could use that pick on Monty Rice out of Georgia, who has the potential to be a three-down player in the pros.
