The Jacksonville Jaguars could target these two later in the first round.

Jaycee Horn announced his decision to opt-out for the remainder of the 2020 college season after South Carolina fired head coach Will Muschamp. Regarding his decision, the junior cornerback says there was too much at stake and felt that he would have risked a lot by going back.

Horn was a Freshman All-SEC selection in 2018 and earned the SEC Defensive Player of the Week designation after intercepting two passes against Auburn. This season, the cornerback played in seven games, registered ten tackles, seven assists, and six pass deflections, along with his two interceptions.

Shaun Wade is one of Ohio State’s players this season and is leading the team with two interceptions, one of them returned for a touchdown. Moreover, he’s a semifinalist for the Jim Thorpe Award, which is given to the best cornerback in college football.

In his three-year tenure with the Buckeyes, Wade has played in 29 games, registered six interceptions, 54 solo tackles, two sacks,18 assists, and 17 pass breakups. Last season, he played behind Jeff Okudah and Damon Arnette, and even though it took him a while to get comfortable in a featured role in 2020, it seems like he’s left the learning curve behind.
