After going 13-4 in 2025, the Jacksonville Jaguars could lose both of their coordinators in this hiring cycle. Grant Udinski is a candidate for the head-coaching vacancies with the Cleveland Browns and the Buffalo Bills, while Anthony Campanile is in the mix for the job with the Arizona Cardinals. And with the Los Angeles Rams' loss to the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship, the Jags will soon know the fate of both of their assistants.
Although the Rams aren't interested in either Udinski or Campanile, the Cardinals and Cleveland have set their sights on two of their coordinators. Now that both teams will be able to speed up their respective searches. This, in turn, will allow Jacksonville to find out if they'll lose either coordinator (or both),
The Cardinals can interview Mike LaFleur after the Rams' loss to the Seahawks
Aside from Anthony Campanile, Raheem Morris and Mike LaFleur are candidates for the vacancy in Arizona. The Cards already met with Campanile and Morris but couldn't interview LaFleur because Los Angeles was still in the playoffs. Following the loss to the Hawks, they'll be able to talk to him.
If Campanile gets the job, the Jags will have options to replace him. They could promote secondary coach Mathieu Araujo, who just got hired but knows Campanile's system well, having worked with him in 2021. Another possibility would be to go after Morris. He's a highly-regarded defensive mind who has nothing but utmost praise for Jacksonville head coach Liam Coen.
Of course, the Jaguars won't have to worry about replacing Campanile if either Morris or LaFleur gets the job. On the other hand, they could set their sights on a Rams coordinator if Grant Udinski does leave.

The Browns and the Bills are interested in Jaguars OC Grant Udinski
Apart from Anthony Campanile, the Jaguars also need to worry about Grant Udinski leaving. His candidacy for both the Browns and Buffalo appears to be gaining traction. The silver lining is that if he leaves, Jacksonville will have a handful of intriguing options to replace him.
Liam Coen just brought an associate of his to Jacksonville, Brian Picacci, to serve as the run game coordinator. He's been an offensive coordinator at the collegiate level, but has worked with Coen at several of his previous stops. On the other hand, quarterbacks coach Spencer Whipple and pass game coordinator Shane Waldron would offer the Jags two additional in-house options. If they don't feel like promoting from within, they could turn to Los Angeles pass game coordinator Nate Sheelhaase.
Before the Jags hired Udinski as their offensive coordinator last offseason, they met with Sheelhaasee for the opening. Now that the Rams lost, they can interview him for the position if Udinksi leaves.
Ultimately, the Jaguars would love to keep both Grant Udinksi and Anthony Campanile, but now that the Rams have lost in the playoffs, the timeline to know if either one is leaving will speed up significantly.
