No. 3 player definitely entering his last year with the Jaguars: Tyler Shatley, OT

Offensive lineman Tyler Shatley joined the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2014 and he deserves lots of credit for outlasting Gus Bradley, Doug Marrone and Urban Meyer. After all, how many players from former Dave Caldwell's early stint in Jacksonville still remain with the team?

It's true that 30 of Shatley's 45 career starts have come in the last three years but he's the kind of player that he'll prepare as if he's going to start even though he might not, and that work ethic has allowed him to remain with the Jaguars for such a long time.

But there's a good chance Shatley is entering the twilight of his tenure with the Jags. The former Clemson Tiger signed a two-year deal to return last offseason and the Jags might opt for an infusion of youth across their interior offensive line in 2024.

In the end, Shatley is 32, which is young by society's standards but not so much in the NFL. While Shatley might still have a couple of years of football on him, the team's brass could opt to use draft picks next year in hopes of finding his potential replacement.
