2. Jaguars RB Travis Etienne will have 120 yards vs. the Texans

Travis Etienne had a very productive four-week stretch earlier this year once he became the Jaguars’ primary running back. But Jacksonville then struggled to establish the run and the former Clemson Tiger wasn’t nearly as effective.

After going four games without recording 100 yards on the ground, Etienne had 103 against the Dallas Cowboys and 83 against a stout New York Jets’ defense. Meanwhile, the Texans have given up the most rushing yards in the league and rank 30th in rushing touchdowns allowed.

That’s why it isn’t hard to picture the coaching staff getting Etienne involved early in the game and crossing the 120-yard mark against their division foe.

1. WR Christian Kirk will score 2 TDs and log 100 yards for the Jaguars

Wide receiver Christian Kirk is 12 yards short of registering the first 1,000-yard season of his NFL career and he should have no trouble achieving the milestone against Houston. Although he’s taken a backseat to fellow receiver Zay Jones and tight end Evan Engram in recent weeks, the Texans don’t have the personnel to keep up with the Jags’ offense.

Even though Kirk last had a 100-yard game against the Detroit Lions in Week 13, he’s still been his reliable self. Simply, the circumstances and the game plan have led Lawrence to look for Jones and Engram more often.

Kirk is a selfless player and he’ll always choose a win over personal achievements but his teammates will surely want him to reach the 1,000-yard mark against Houston, which is why he should have a big game.
