2. Bronco the Jaguars must account for in Week 8: Bradley Chubb, OLB

Once a second fiddle to Von Miller, outside linebacker Bradley Chubb is now the Broncos’ top pass rusher and currently leads the team with 5.5 sacks. Just like Jerry Jeudy, Chubb has been the subject of trade chatter before the Nov. 1 deadline but it’s highly unlikely that general manager George Paton would move on from the team’s best defensive player.

The Jaguars will have their hands full against Chubb. After all, they can’t devote too many resources to stopping the former first-round pick knowing Dre’Mont Jones, DeShawn Williams, and D.J. Jones can wreak havoc at the line of scrimmage.

1. Bronco the Jaguars must account for in Week 8: Patrick Surtain, CB

The Jags have one of the league’s best young cornerbacks in Tyson Campbell. But the Broncos arguably have an even better one in Patrick Surtain II. On a side note, you know you’ve been watching the NFL for too long when you see the son of a former star playing.

But make no mistake, Surtain is even better than his dad, a cornerback for the Miami Dolphins and the Kansas City Chiefs during the late 90s and the 2000s. A first-round selection in last year’s draft, Surtain has a Pro Football Focus overall grade of 86.9 ahead of Week 8 and has allowed a 55.3 percent completion rate and no touchdowns on 38 targets this season.

One of the reasons the Broncos’ defense has had so much success against the pass this year is Surtain, who could force Trevor Lawrence into making mistakes.
