3. Jacksonville Jaguars HC Urban Meyer fails to adjust to the NFL.

The Jaguars hired Urban Meyer as their head coach because of the success he had at the collegiate level. You could win a championship by sheer luck, but winning three FBS National Championships requires talent, a clear vision, and the determination to execute it. So far, the Ohio native has done a good job of shaking things up in Jacksonville.

Meyer has made sure players have access to the best nutrition, treatment, and treatment available. Also, both the coaching staff and the players will tell you how different things are with the former Florida head coach at the helm. However, the real test will come in Week 1. Meyer was accustomed to winning at the college level. How will he deal with the demands of the NFL? He’s previously retired because of health reasons, will he do the same in Jacksonville?
