. . Khalil Mack, linebacker. 2. player. 57.

The Bears’ two best players can hand the Jacksonville Jaguars a loss.

Khalil Mack is not just one of the best edge defenders in the league, he’s one of its best defenders. Only Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald is arguably better. He has earned three First-Team All-Pro nods, was named 2016 Defensive Player of the Year and made the 2010 Hall-of-Fame All-2010s team.

This season, Mack has registered 44 total tackles, eight sacks, three forced fumbles, three passes defensed, and one interception. He currently carries a questionable designation for Week 16, but he’s expected to play.

1. player. 57. . . . Mitch Trubisky, quarterback

Mitch Trubisky is currently known as the quarterback the Bears drafted over Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson back in 2017. While the latter two had gone on to become two of the best signal-callers in the NFL, Trubisky was benched earlier this season in favor of Nick Foles and it’s uncertain whether he will be back in Chicago, as his rookie deal is set to expire after the season.

In Trubisky’s favor, getting benched might’ve been the best thing that could’ve happened to him, as he has looked like a different player in the last three games and has completed 65 of 88 passes for 736 yards, five touchdowns, and just one interception.
