The Jacksonville Jaguars should be scouting these two players.

Cam Robinson is in the last year of his rookie contract and it’s uncertain whether the team wants him back or let him become a free agent. If the team’s brass decides not to bring him back, they could use the opportunity to upgrade the position.

Samuel Cosmi will be one of the best offensive tackle prospects in 2021’s years draft. The Longhorn tackle is athletic, is good against the run, and has plenty of potential. Although he still needs to work on his pass-blocking technique and probably add weight, he’s worth a close look and maybe even the 24th overall pick.

If the Jaguars opt to use the second overall pick in a non-quarterback player, they could draft a signal-caller with the 24th overall selection. By the time the team’s brass makes their second choice, Trey Wilson and Zach Wilson will likely be gone so Kyle Trask could be their man.

Trask still needs to work on his throwing mechanics and is a bit raw in different areas, but his potential can’t be denied. In six games this season, he is 148-of-211 yards for 28 touchdowns and three interceptions. He still has time this season to both improve his mechanics and his production. By the end of the year, he could be one of the best quarterback prospects available in next year’s selection process.
