3-4 or 4-3?
Jaguars fans saw this coming with the moves the team made this off-season. For the past two years, Jaguars played a 4-3 defense. It was exposed many times over last season. And it should the team continue to use a single-high safety scheme, the team could be in bad shape once again.

By drafting K’Lavon Chaisson and adding Aaron Lynch and Cassius Marsh to the pass rush, this team is poised to move to a four-linebacker set which would mean faster players get into the quarterback.
This also means that Taven Bryan will see more time at nose tackle, along with third-round draft pick DaVon Hamilton, and veteran Abry Jones.
If the Jaguars do you spend more time in a new defensive scheme, it shows the foresight of the front office to move veteran players. Calais Campbell may not have been as successful this season. The team released Marcell Dareus because of financial reasons, but he also may not have been better served with what the team wants to do.
