While the media and the front office appear divided about how will this unit played last season, one thing both can agree on is Cam Robinson must play better in 2020.
That should happen now that he is another offseason removed from an ACL injury in 2018. How Robinson, who was a second-round pick in 2017 is viewed by Marrone and Warhop may determine where the Alabama star plays in 2020. Does he remain at left tackle, will he move inside to guard or does he become a depth player on both sides of the line?
Ideally, the Jacksonville Jaguars draft an offensive lineman with one of their first three picks on Thursday or Friday to compete at the left tackle position. In the final year of his rookie contract, Robinson must play better, or this will be his last season in North Florida. Drafting someone to replace him may light a fire at his feet coming into training camp.
