Leonard Fournette – Running Back

Leonard Fournette has quietly emerged as one of the best backs in the NFL. He is a consistent 100-yard threat and has even flashed the potential to be a solid receiving back as well. He is really silencing those who doubted him coming into this year.

Now that he isn’t seeing a nine-man box week in and week out Fournette is truly coming into his own. He is the workhorse back and has an important part to play in this offense. So far this season he is averaging five yards per carry and is second among NFL rushing leaders.

The Jets have some talented players on their defense who have the ability to limit Fournette’s production. There is a chance he has trouble getting into a rhythm this week and that could spell trouble for the Jaguars. A strong game from Fournette is going to be a key factor into the Jaguars winning this game or not.

Prediction: Leonard is going to find the endzone at least once, something he surprsingly has not done much of this year. I also think he’s going to have a big game as far as yards are concerned tallying over 125 while continuing his efficient success and averages over four yards a carry.
