Another member of the “expensive FA’s of the ’08 offseason; who didn’t do much for the Jaguars” trifecta. Cleo was a good guy; but presented absolutely no challenge to David. He signed a three-year contract worth just under $9 million- he cost $3 million for Wayne Weaver for nothing… He found a new team during last season; he is now a member of the Baltimore Ravens organization (after his depature the Jaguars signed Todd Bouman; but soon when Gene Smith saw he is not the solution; he traded for Luke McCown and cut the veteran signal caller. He hasn’t found a new team since).
