The Jacksonville Jaguars have a great head coach in Doug Pederson.

When you think about all of the Super Bowl winners of the last handful of years, they all have outstanding head coaches.

Andy Reid, Bruce Arians, and Bill Belichick amongst others are all big reasons for their team's championship success.

One other head coach that can come to mind is Doug Pederson. He won Super Bowl LII with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018. They beat the New England Patriots coached by Belichick oddly enough.

That type of head coach is someone who can continue leading teams to good things. Having an offensive coach is also important in the NFL today and Pederson is certainly that.

Pederson certainly helped the Jaguars develop Lawrence after that disaster of a rookie season that he had with Urban Meyer.

It should be tons of fun to watch him in his second year with the team. It was his second year with Philly that they won the Super Bowl. Let's hope history repeats itself.
