The Jacksonville Jaguars had trouble putting the Arizona Cardinals away but ultimately won 27-24 in overtime. Following the game, head coach Liam Coen said that he wouldn't apologize for winning ugly. On the other hand, the Jags need to build consistency and clean up mistakes if they want to finish the season strong. They'll have a great opportunity to do so when they face the dreaded rival Tennessee Titans in Week 13.

Jacksonville will have a chance to keep up with the Indianapolis Colts when they face the 1-10 Tennessee. Granted, divisional matchups are never easy, and the last thing the Jaguars want is to look down on an opponent, especially one that resides in the AFC South. Nevertheless, they can't pass up the chance to solidify their odds of seizing the AFC South and making the playoffs.

Liam Coen is aware the Jaguars must clean up mistakes

Heading into the Titans rivalry game, Liam Coen met with the local media. He said that there are a lot of things the team can build on, but was also pleased to see players fight through adversity.

"Yeah, absolutely," Coen responded if he's looking to strike a balance between winning by all means and cleaning up mistakes. "I mean, it's not easy to win in this league on the road against the team that is fighting their tails off to get back to winning, and we knew that they were going to come out and give us a tough, physical game, and it was going to be four quarters or more."

Coen continued, "We understood that even after early success offensively, it wasn't as if all we're just going to steamroll these guys. There's a lot of good things to learn from a ton that we can continue to clean up, but the resiliency, the support, the belief in overtime from the guys, was extremely strong, and I'm proud of the way that we were able to finish the game."

Below is Coen's full exchange with reporters. His remarks about winning ugly and showing resilience start right away.

Bold Trevor Lawrence prediction for the Jaguars game vs. the Titans

Trevor Lawrence is coming off a game in which he threw for three touchdown passes but also had four turnovers, three interceptions, and a forced fumble. And while he should be expected to let it rip the rest of the season, don't be surprised if the Jags lean on Travis Etienne and Bhayshul Tuten in the game against Tennessee. One big reason is that the weather could make it difficult to throw the football.

NFLWeather forecasts a 47 percent chance of precipitation. Couple that with the fact that it will be around 45 degrees Fahrenheit, and Jacksonville's game plan for Week 13 could revolve around heavy doses of Etienne and Tuten.

It's also worth noting that the Titans rank 25th in rushing yards allowed and 31st in rushing touchdowns allowed. Simply, the Jags will be incentivized to pound the football.

Eitenne is coming off a game in which he totaled 116 yards and averaged 5.7 yards per carry. He has 815 yards for the season, and while he won't cross the 1,000-yard mark against the Titans, he'll get pretty close and reach the end zone a couple times.

Travis Etienne prediction: 140 rushing yards, 2 touchdowns
