The Jacksonville Jaguars did it. Just one year after finishing 4-13, they went 13-3 and are set to face off against the Buffalo Bills in Wild Card weekend. Regardless of how things played out, there's no doubt that they have exceeded expectations. That said, the Jags should feel good about their chances of staying alive for at least one more week.

Sure, the Bills have a top-3 quarterback in Josh Allen, and James Cook was the NFL's leading rusher in the regular season. However, Buffalo is a flawed team that's vulnerable against the run. On top of that, Jacksonville's secondary has the personnel to contain Allen and the Bills' passing game.

Moreover, the Jags will be as healthy as they can be at this point in the year. When you add it all up, it's no surprise that they went from underdog early in the week to a 1.5-point favorite just before the game. With this in mind, here's a look at their injury report and some of the moves they made.

The Jaguars list Cole Van Lanen as questionable, promote Tim Jones to the active roster

Even though a handful of Jaguars players missed practice or were limited ahead of Week 19, only left tackle Cole Van Lanen is listed as questionable. He says that he'll try to give it a go, but there's no guarantee he'll suit up against the Bills.

If Van Lanen doesn't suit up, Walker Little will most likely get the start. Little was the Week 1 starter but was eventually benched after failing to come through. In past weeks, he had filled in for Patrick Mekari at right tackle, but since Mekari is back in the fold, he's the most likely candidate to step in at left tackle.

On a related note, Jacksonville announced that it promoted wide receiver Tim Jones from the practice squad to the active roster via standard elevation.

Jones spent the past four seasons in Jacksonville but signed with the Minnesota Vikings in free agency. He was eventually released, and the Jags brought him back to their practice squad. He was promoted three times during the regular season and could see playing time on special teams or as a blocker against the Bills.

On the Bills' sideline, Buffalo shut out wide receiver Josh Palmer before the game and ruled out linebacker Terrel Bernard, safety Damar Hamlin, cornerback Maxwell Hairston, and linebacker Shaq Thompson. Kicker Matt Prater is listed as questionable.
