The Jacksonville Jaguars just trounced the Indianapolis Colts in Week 8, extending their home winning streak against them to 12 without much trouble. However, the Jags didn't have much time to enjoy the spoils of victory, as they immediately began preparations to face the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night, just four days after defeating their dreaded division foe.
Head coach Liam Coen said as much when he talked to the local media Wednesday, noting that Jacksonville will need to show physical and mental toughness to come out on top.
"Everything gets a little expedited. Specifically, the previous game review gets a little bit expedited, and that's where I was able to circle back and saw some of the stuff from this past weekend's game in my meeting this morning," Coen told reporters Wednesday (0:01 mark). "But a lot of preparation as soon as Monday starts is all on Baltimore.
Coen continued, "These guys have handled it really well. Everybody in this game is going to be sore, tired, all those things, right? Mentally, physically, everybody feels the same exact way. Everybody's nicked up and has to go play this game. That's just the way it is, so a lot of this is going to be about mental and physical toughness."
You can bet that the Ravens are going to be equally worn down, so it will be up to Coen to make sure his team is ready to go. And with this in mind, here's everything you need to know for this Thursday Night matchup.
Jaguars injury report vs. the Ravens on Thursday Night
Several players popped up on the Jaguars injury report, but only running back Bhayshul Tuten (ankle/foot) and defensive end Travon Walker (rib) are listed as questionable. Head coach Liam Coen told the press that Tuten will be a game-time decision.
It's also worth noting that Jacksonville placed safety Eric Murray and defensive end Davon Hamilton on the Injured Reserve after both suffered season-ending injuries in the Week 8 win over Indy. The silver lining is that safety Antonio Johnson is a full go for Thursday Night after missing one game with an ankle injury.
On the Ravens sideline, safety Jaylin Hawkins (knee) and running back Adam Randall are listed as questionable. Before the game, Baltimore placed Lamar Jackson on season-ending IR, while backup Tyler Huntley will also miss the rest of the year after sustaining a toe injury in Week 8.
With Huntley and Randall out of the picture, 2026 undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano will get the starting nod.
