The Jacksonville Jaguars will face off against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night. Although there's a chance running back Bhayshul Tuten won't suit up for the game, the Jags will get reinforcements on defense.

Antonio Johnson will be back after missing the win over the Indianapolis Colts due to an ankle injury. Having him back will be huge since Jacksonville lost fellow safety Eric Murray and defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton for the rest of the year.

Antonio Johnson didn't appear in the Jaguars' final injury report vs. the Ravens

The Jaguars posted their final injury report against the Ravens. Antonio Johnson is good to go, even though he was a limited participant in practice this season. Then again, easing him back into action was probably the best course of action, so he's back at full strength, or as close to it, on Sunday Night Football.

While Johnson is good to go, defensive end Travon Walker (rib) and running back Bhaysul Tuten are listed as questionable. Head coach Liam Coen stated that Tuten will be a game-time decision.

Offensive guard Ezra Cleveland was limited in practice due to knee and ankle injuries, but Coen says he'll suit up against the Ravens.

Linebacker Branson Combs (shoulder), cornerback Jarrian Jones (ankle), wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (hamstring), and running back Chris Rodriguez also practiced on a limited basis but were cleared to play.

It's worth noting that Davon Hamilton and Eric Murray also popped up on the injury report, but both of them are landed on the injured reserve list after season-ending injuries in the win over the Colts.

Why having Antonio Johnson vs. the Ravens will be huge for the Jaguars

Antonio Johnson had a breakout season in 2025, registering a career-best five interceptions and nine passes defensed. He hasn't made nearly as many game-changing plays this season, but that's because he's played closer to the line of scrimmage. In his new role, the former Texas A&M Aggie has done a good job of bringing the heat, posting a pressure rate of 31 percent (third-best among safeties in the NFL).

With Johnson back in the fold, defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile will be able to get creative in an effort to overwhelm 2026 third-string quarterback Joe Fagnano, who'll get the starting nod with Lamar Johnson and Tyler Huntley out for the season. Aside from Johnson, Jacksonville also has Kaevon Merriweather and Rayuan Lane III at safety.

Merriweather has seen an uptick in playing time and just made his first start against Indy after beginning the season on the practice squad. Meanwhile, Lane was just named Defensive Player of the Week after registering three passes defensed and returning an interception for a touchdown after picking up Daniel Jones.

Rookie Jalen Huskey is also in the mix and will get more snaps on defense and special teams after being a healthy scratch most of the year.

Simply put, injuries are mounting, but at least the Jaguars are in great shape at safety because Antonio Johnson is back.
