After beating the Cleveland Browns in the season opener, the Jacksonville Jaguars will be looking to get their second win of the year when they travel to Colorado to face off against the Denver Broncos in Week 2.
Unlike the Browns, though, Denver was a playoff contender last year and simply has too much talent not to bounce back in 2026. The Jags are well aware of that, which is why head coach Liam Coen made sure they practiced with a sense of urgency ahead of the Week 2 game.
Heck, Jacksonville wore pads on Thursday's practice, but Coen says that players set the tone with a strong practice the day before.

Liam Coen met with reporters Friday and said he was pleased with the team's preparation ahead of the game, noting that the Jags had a pretty good practice Wednesday.
"I thought we had one of our better Wednesday practices that I've been around in a while. I thought they came out with the right mindset, the right energy, and juice at practice," Coen told the local media Friday (9:36 mark). "Thought yesterday was solid, was solid. I'd like to see us come out today and be a little bit cleaner in some ways."
Coen said. "But I did think on Wednesday, especially of setting the tone for the week, guys feeling a little bit fresh, not having to, fortunate not to have to play the whole game on Sunday in so many ways, and so I think they were eager, ready to go, knowing what's kind of at stake in a lot of ways, and knowing what the opportunity is in front of us, and so I think they've handled the week thus far really well."
Another thing that could give the Jags an edge is that they have a clean bill of health. Although a handful of players popped up on the injury report throughout the week, none of them earned a designation. With this in mind, here's how you can watch them take on Denver in Week 2
