Here’s a look at the Jaguars projected starting lineup in 2022
The Jags made several important additions in free agency and draft, so how will their starting lineup look when they face off against the Washington Commanders in Week 1?
As stated before, many of the players the Jaguars signed in free agency will go on to start in 2022. Also, there will be a few position battles in training camp to determine some of the spots, but here’s a guess at how Jacksonville’s starting offense and the second team offense, defense and special teams will look this upcoming season.
Projected starters (Offense)
Quarterback: Trevor Lawrence, C.J. Beathard
Running back: Travis Etienne, Ryquell Armstead (while James Robinson recovers)
WR1: Christian Kirk, Laquon Treadwell
WR2: Marvin Jones Jr., Jamal Agnew
WR3: Zay Jones, Laviska Shenault Jr.
Tight end: Evan Engram, Dan Arnold
Left tackle: Cam Robinson, Jawaan Taylor

The Jaguars will run a 3-4 scheme under defensive coordinator Mike Caldwell (three down linemen, four linebackers, and four defensive backs) but they will often use nickel packages (three defensive linemen, three cornerbacks, three linebackers, two safeties).
