No. 2 Titan the Jacksonville Jaguars must worry about – Harold Landry

Harold Landry recently made waves because he became the first Titans’ defender to rack up 10 sacks in a season since Brian Orakpo did it in 2016. This is a big deal because Tennesee players struggle to log sacks as much as the Jaguars struggle to win. The 2018 second-round pick was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice.

Landry won’t likely miss Sunday’s game but his health is worth monitoring. In his last encounter with the Jaguars, he registered two sacks, seven total tackles, and two tackles for a loss. Jacksonville needs to do a better job of containing him if they want to give Trevor Lawrence enough time to throw the ball.

No. 3 Titan the Jacksonville Jaguars must worry about – Kevin Byard

The Titans are proving teams are better off having their BYE later in the season. The number of players that have popped up on their Injury Report would make a nurse faint but they had the chance to rest at the right time and will be getting reinforcements.

Also, the heart and soul of the Titans’ secondary, has come off the COVID-19/Reserve list and will suit up Sunday. The 2016 third-overall pick is having a Pro Bowl caliber season and has the third-highest Pro Football Focus coverage grade in the AFC South. He currently has five interceptions and will try to get his sixth one against the Jaguars. His presence will make it difficult for Lawrence and the Jags’ offense to take shots downfield.
