Jacksonville Jaguars must contain these 4 Browns offensive players
Defensive Josh Allen is on the Injured Reserve list, so it will be up to first-round defensive end K’Lavon Chaisson to pick up some of the slack. The LSU standout has displayed flashes and had two pressures against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 12, but he’s been a non-factor for much of the year, and things won’t get any easier against Jack Conklin on Sunday.
The Browns’ right tackle has just allowed one sack and two hits this year and has played at a high level on the 586 snaps he’s been on the field for.
With Odell Beckham Jr. out of the picture, Jarvis Landry is the Browns’ number one wide receiver. Although the LSU standout isn’t as flashy as his teammate, he’s been a solid contributor throughout his NFL career. This year, the third-year wide receiver has hauled in 38 receptions for 481 yards.
Although Landry hasn’t scored a touchdown in 2020, it could chance on Sunday when he matchups up against the young Jaguars secondary. Cornerback Tre Herndon could be responsible for covering him, but things could get ugly in a hurry if Chris Claybrooks or Josiah Scott face him one on one.
