team. 49. . . . Green Bay Packers. 10

The Jacksonville Jaguars will have a couple of back-to-back tough games.

This one is going to be a difficult matchup for the Jaguars. Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is playing at a high level and Russell Wilson is the only signal-caller performing better than him. Rodgers ranks second in the NFL in touchdown passes with 24 and his 117.5 quarterback rating is second only to Wilson’s.

Moreover, Packers wide receiver Devante Adams is leading the league with eight receiving touchdowns. This season, he’s hauled in 53 receptions for 484 yards. We just don’t see how the Jaguars could pull an upset. Prediction: Jaguars 14, Packers 28 (L)

11. team. 55. . . . Pittsburgh Steelers

This is going to be another tough matchup for the Jaguars and a relatively easy one for the Steelers. By the time these two squads meet, the Steelers will have enough tape of Jaguars quarterback Jake Luton.

This Pittsburgh team is currently near the top of every offensive and defensive category. Their offense currently ranks fifth in the NFL with 211 points. Meanwhile, their defense has given up just 142 points, good for sixth in the league. This is going to be a tough loss for the ‘Jags’.  Prediction: Jaguars 13, Steelers 30 (L)

53. . . . Cleveland Browns. 12. team

Things take a positive turn for the Jaguars against the Cleveland Browns. Led by rookie head coach Kevin Stefanski, the Browns have been one of the most inconsistent teams in the NFL this year. Third-year quarterback Baker Mayfield can have a great game in one week and follow it with a stinker the next one.

Also, the Browns’ defense ranks 27th in points allowed and their pass defense is one of the worst in the league. If there’s a game the Jaguars should win, it is this one and they will. Prediction: Jaguars 24, Browns 20 (W)
