Round, 1, Pick 9 – CJ Henderson, CB, Florida

With Derrick Brown, Isaiah Simmons, and Jeffrey Okudah off the board, it was between Henderson and Kinlaw from South Carolina. It is a pretty meh decision since I am not the highest on either prospect but I am lower on Sotu Carolina defensive tackle Kinlaw so Florida cornerback C.J. Henderson it is.

Round, 1, Pick 20 – Xavier McKinney, S, Alabama

The secondary overhaul continues with my favorite safety in this year’s class not named Isaiah Simmons. Xavier McKinney comes from a system that churns out solid defensive backs. He and former Crimson Tide standout Ronnie Harrison could be a force.

Round, 2, Pick 42 – A.J Terrell, CB, Clemson

Hey it’s a defense only draft, right? I would be shocked if A.J. Terrell falls to the Jaguars in the second round but he was right there for the picking and the Jaguars have two very solid and young cornerbacks moving forward.
