The front office and coaching staff return for 2020

The Entire Coaching Staff Returns in 2020

OK, I said these are bold predictions, and this might be the biggest one of all. While I do think there is a better than average chance the general manager David Caldwell and Marrone return next season, I’m not sold on the coaching staff coming back whole.

There are too many scenarios to work out in my head right now about how this all plays out, but I do know there’s going to be some changes to this coaching staff. Todd wash has already said he’s not worried about what happens after this game, that he and the other coaches are good with whatever happens.

I’m on record as saying I want to see Marrone back here in Jacksonville for one more year. I’m on the fence right now about the general manager. But I do think it’s gonna happen is there will be a change of defensive coordinator. Our special teams unit is good, and therefore Joe DeCamilis should stay. Keenan McCardell should remain as wide receivers coach and I would like to see running back coach Terry Robiskie continue in the same role.

What would shock me more than anything, as it would Jaguars fans, Khan saying he is staying the course and keeping everybody intact for 2020. And should that be announced, watch the fireworks afterward with everybody’s opinion for and against the decision.
