2. The Keenan Allen injury is a brutal one, both for the Chargers and for the young player. What can the staff do to try and keep the offense rolling in his absence?

"With the current crop of players, I don’t think they can do anything to replace Allen. Tyrell Williams is going to get his chance to show what he can do and I’d like to see Hunter Henry get worked into the mix, but short of a big trade, they won’t fully replace Allen and what he can do."

My take:

While it’s highly unfortunate for Allen, the Jaguars benefit from the Chargers misfortune. Allen is one of the better pass catchers in the NFL in terms of consistently getting separation when he’s actually on the field, so the Jaguars can now focus on ways to manufacture a pass rush instead of keying in on Allen. Rivers has shown the ability to be productive with less than stellar skill players however, so the Jaguars need to make sure they execute.
