Jacksonville Jaguars vs New York Jets: Players to watch
By Luke Sims
4) Wide receiver Rashad Greene
Rashad Greene started making waves later in the 2016 season as a punt returner. He made a difference in multiple games through that role, becoming the first threat the Jags have had as a returner for years.
Now, with an expected breakout in 2016, Greene is hoping to show that he can be a complete wide receiver in addition to a complete punt returner.

Opportunities in the preseason will be critical for Greene. He has to establish himself as a dependable target and capable of making plays on balls that aren’t perfect. He has to show that he can haul in pass after pass after pass and bounce back up immediately to make another play.
The Jags wide receiver position is growing more and more crowded, but this first preseason game against the Jets will give Greene a chance to show why he is more valuable than a player like Bryan Walters or Marqise Lee (who is nursing a hamstring). It isn’t easy to move up the depth chart, but Greene will certainly have opportunities to do so in Preseason Week 1.
