3) Will Rashad Greene build a rapport with quarterback Blake Bortles?

Sometimes it is tough for new receiving additions to build a rapport with their new quarterback. Blake Bortles has been working with Allen Hurns, Marqise Lee, and Allen Robinson for a year now and will continue to build upon his strong foundation with those receivers.

Can Bortles build a relationship with everyone else who is expected to catch passes for the Jacksonville Jaguars in just his second year?

The greatest quarterbacks in the league have no trouble turning almost any receiver into a top pass catcher. They take the time to build a working relationship with those players to the point where they both hold each other to a high standard and know what to expect from each other.

With Rashad Greene coming in as a rookie and Bortles focused on learning his second offense in as many years, will that rapport develop?

I’m confident that it will, especially with Bortles taking on such a strong leadership role with the Jaguars at an early stage. He is committed to doing everything right in his role as starting quarterback of the Jaguars. Part of that is building a working relationship with any receiver on the roster, especially one who could deb critical in the slot.

That said, they are both still young players and this could be something that gets overlooked. We should keep an eye on this as training camp begins and the preseason gives us a better indication of how the team is gelling and the Greene-Bortles relationship grows.
