The Jaguars just signed former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Tandon Doss, but he’s more of a special teams contributor who can come in on 4 and 5-receiver sets. Donte Moncrief is a big, athletic receiver who had a terrific showing at the combine. He has a lot of tools that receivers coach Jerry Sullivan can work with and develop.
