By now, it's abundantly clear that Richard Sherman doesn't like the Jacksonville Jaguars. He's not been afraid to show his disdain for the Jags even though they're 11-4, and Trevor Lawrence has been playing like a top-5 quarterback.

Even after Jacksonville convincingly beat the Denver Broncos in Week 16, Sherman is still not sold, and he made it clear how he feels with his latest NFL Power Ranking.

Richard Sherman truly doesn't like the Jaguars

Heading into Week 17, Richard Sherman put together a Power Ranking in which he included the top five teams in the NFL. The Jaguars were nowhere to be seen, while the Seattle Seahawks, the Denver Broncos, the Los Angeles Rams, the Denver Broncos, and the Los Angeles Chargers made the cut.

Of course, Sherman is entitled to his opinion, but at this point, it looks like he's snubbing the Jags out of spite. Sure, they lost to both the Rams and Seattle, but they also defeated the Broncos and the Bolts. The only team from the top five Jacksonville hasn't faced is the New England Patriots.

It's also worth noting that when the Jaguars lost to Los Angeles and the Seahawks, they were still figuring things out. You could make the case that if they were to face both NFC West teams, the outcome could be different. At the time, the Jacksonville offensive line was struggling, and receivers were having a hard time holding onto the football. Brian Thomas Jr., in particular, was struggling.

Since then, the Jags have turned the corner and have gone on to win six in a row. During that stretch, the offense has scored 25 or more every week. Similarly, the defense has given up more than 20 points just twice, and only one of those times led to a loss.

The Jaguars are getting their recognition in other, more prominent NFL Power Rankings

Even if Richard Sherman stubbornly refuses to give the Jaguars their flowers, other NFL analysts are rightly giving them the praise they deserve. For instance, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk just ranked them second in his latest NFL Power Ranking, noting that "Small-market teams have dreams too."

Florio's remarks come in light of Sean Payton's comments about Jacksonville being a good team that plays in a small market. Although the Broncos head coach was seemingly praising his Week 16 opponent, his Jaguars counterpart, Liam Coen, used them as a rallying cry. It worked.

Aside from Florio, Pete Prisco of CBS Sports placed the Jags at No. 3, arguing that Trevor Lawrence is playing at a high level while Coen deserves Coach of the Year consideration.

"They have ripped off six straight victories as Trevor Lawrence has been as good as any passer in the league the last five weeks," Prisco wrote. "LIam Coen is in the Coach of the Year conversation."

At this point, it's hard to overlook the Jaguars anymore. If you do it, it's because you choose or outright don't accept it. Either way, they're one of the hottest teams in the NFL, whether Richard Sherman acknowledges it or not.
