Later in Round 4, the Jags stay in the trenches but flip to the other side of the ball, drafting Miami's Leonard Taylor III. This is a prospect where, with the right coaching, he could become something even greater than he might even imagine he has the potential to be. The physical tools are there, and so is the motor.

But, Taylor needs to play with more refinement in his game, and all that takes is a bit more mental focus. He can be physically-imposing, quick off the ball and a menace to try and block. If Taylor can become more consistent, he's going to have himself a phenomenal career.

Round 5 sees the Jaguars go cornerback once again, getting a serious value in Penn State's Kalen King. At one point, you might have thought King could have gone as high as the second round. He's seen his draft stock go down since he was left as Penn State's top corner once Joey Porter Jr. left last year. But, he's still got plenty to love about his game. King has excellent ball skills and finished the 2022 campaign with 15 pass breakups. So, you know the talent is there.
