2. Jaguars OLB Travon Walker will have the first 2-sack game of his career

Outside linebacker Travon Walker has been everything the Jags expected and then some. His athleticism and power were never in question coming out of college. However, it was uncertain if he was going to be able to make the transition to rushing the passer from a standup position after having different roles at Georgia.

Walker has put all doubts to rest and has lived up to his draft billing. Opposing teams are already doubling him and has become a productive booked pass rusher opposite outside linebacker Josh Allen, who also playing at a high level.

The Eagles won’t be able to contain both Allen and Walker, which will present several pass-rush opportunities for the latter. He will take advantage of his matchups and will register two sacks.

1. Jaguars LB Devin Lloyd will get a pick-6 vs. the Eagles

As important as Travon Walker has been for the Jaguars’ defensive success in 2022, fellow rookie linebacker Devin Lloyd has had a bigger impact. The former Utah Ute just earned Defensive Rookie Player of the Month honors and has become an integral cog in defensive coordinator Mike Caldwell’s unit.

Loyd’s already playing like a vested veteran and has logged 24 total tackles, six passes defensed, and two interceptions in 2022. Not bad for a player who’s got just three starts under his belt, right? What’s more impressive is that he missed a good chunk of training camp and most of the preseason with a hamstring injury. But you wouldn’t know based on how he’s played.

Against the Eagles, Lloyd will have another interception, his third of the season. Only this time, he’ll take it to the house and give the Jags six points.
