Trevor Lawrence will highlight multiple Jaguars picks in 2021’s draft.

According to many scouts and NFL brass, Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence is one of the most complete prospects at the position in NFL history. He’s arguably the most talented quarterback prospect since Andrew Lock in 2012, and unless the Jaguars have the intentions of trading away their first overall selection in the 2021 NFL draft, Lawrence will wear a Black and Teal jersey next season.

Keep in mind Jacksonville also possesses ten additional draft selections and that’s before possible compensatory selections are awarded. Moreover, four of those 11 draft selections will be in the first two rounds. The organization has plenty of holes to fill and one draft class may not be enough to address all of them. Nevertheless, they have more than enough picks to bring in playmakers and add depth to the roster.

The Jaguars will have the ability to bolster their roster in a relatively deep draft class. Aside from the Miami Dolphins’ 14 draft selections, whoever takes the reigns in the Jaguars front office will bear the second-highest amount of picks in the NFL come April. Getting most of their picks right could help them turn things around in a short amount of time.
