The Jacksonville Jaguars have the 12th best passing offense in the league, an electrifying running back in rookie James Robinson and a talented wide receiver corps, so how can they rank in the cellar of these rankings and the division? For one, they have one of the worst defenses in the NFL and rank 31st in points allowed.

To make matters worse, Gardner Minshew is not expected to play in Week 9 and Jake Luton will get the starting nod against the Texans. As talented as the North Dakota State standout was in college and as good as he was in training camp, we don’t know how he will far in his first start ever.

. 1-6. . Houston Texans. 3. team. 10

The Texans have one of the best young quarterbacks in the NFL in Deshaun Watson, so how have they been able to win just one game this season. Former head coach and general manager Bill O’Brian failed to replenish the roster with talent and overpaid for players that haven’t made much of a difference since they joined the team.

On the bright side, O’Brian no longer has to worry about the team’s fortunes after getting the boot a few weeks ago. On the downside, Watson and his teammates have to live with the consequences of the former head coach’s puzzling decision making.
