Andrew Thomas, OT, Georgia

I believe at some point in the draft process, the Jaguars will take a left tackle to compete with Cam Robinson. The idea of moving Robinson, a 2017 second-round draft pick inside to guard may be an option for the Jaguars as both sides of the line could see changes at the guard position.

The best offensive lineman for the team in 2019 was rookie right tackle Jawaan Taylor, who the Jaguars stole in the second round. His play should only get better and having Robinson on the right side might be an improvement. I do not believe the team will release Andrew Norwell, but he may be playing a “make or break” season with the team. His play at left guard must get better.

Neither A.J. Cann nor Will Richardson strikes fear in opposing defensive linemen.

Andrew Thomas gives Jacksonville a big, beefy tackle who’s days in the SEC against superior talent will suit him well. At 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds, Thomas could be the missing component to a better run game and could keep Gardner Minshew upright in 2020.
