Can Cody Kessler lead the Jacksonville Jaguars to a win over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday and end a seven-game losing streak? We predict the score.

Can the streak be broken? Everyone in Jacksonville wants to know. The Jaguars are long overdue for a win. Playing for pride is about all that’s left in this season for a team that was expected to compete for a Super Bowl.

Jalen Ramsey is listed as questionable for the game. Leonard Fournette is suspended for figthing and Cody Kessler is your new quarterback. Strange things indeeed.

The Jaguars lost 29-26 to Indianapolis three weeks ago in a gamet they came from behind to almost grab victory from the jaws of defeat. With Kessler under center, the Jaguars may open the playbook a bit and throw more underneath. The running game will still be the featured part of the offense.

We here at Black and Teal once again look to make the call and predict the winner of Sunday’s action. Hopefully, the fan base will go home happy and the Jaguars will erase the demons that have plagued them the last two months.

David Levin – I want to pick this game with my heart, but that’s just showing my love for the home team.

The Jaguars losing streak has been hard on everyone, including those who cover the team on a daily basis. Jacksonville needs this win, if for nothing else to stop the chatter over losing. The coaching staff has changed. The quarterback position has changed. Will this lead to a victory – I do not know.

I suspect the offense will once again use a steady diet of running the football with yet another change on the offensive line. Jacksonville looked like it would eclipse 250 yards rushing last week.

We all know what happened to prevent that. This is a game that focuses on the Colts passing game against a secondary that is beaten up as well. Unfortunately, I cannot let my heart win this one. Indianapolis 24 Jacksonville 23.

Lorenzino Estrada – After a very tough and frustrating week for the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team will face Andrew Luck and a red-hot Indianapolis Colts team.

Cody Kessler at quarterback will be a tough spin for the Jaguars, especially without Leonard Fournette. Expect a long day, 28-10 Colts.

William Frost – Oh boy. The respective fortunes of the Jaguars and Colts couldn’t be more polar opposites heading into this game. Not only are the Jaguars suffering an now game losing streak, but they have also formally announced the benching of their much-maligned quarterback Blake Bortles.

On the flip side, the Colts haven’t lost since the middle of October, and Andrew Luck is enjoying a run of eight games throwing for at least three touchdowns. Fournette is suspended and Kessler starts his first game, expect the Colts to have plenty of the ball and take full advantage of this beleaguered Jaguars team.

Jalen Ramsey is officially listed as questionable at the time of writing this, it looks to be another insufferable Sunday for Jaguars fans. Colts 34 – Jaguars 13.
