Week 14: Jacksonville Jaguars vs Minnesota Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings were the hottest team in the NFL to open the season, posting a 5-0 record to start. They’ve been in free fall since then but could easily get right back on track with a win over the Jaguars.

That said, this game could be winnable for the home team.

The Vikings offensive line is one of the most injured in the NFL. They have been shown to be susceptible to pressure both in the run game and the passing game.

Related, the offense is struggling. The Vikings have the worst rushing attack in the NFL and the overall offense is also the worst in the NFL. They won’t be dumping points on the Jags, which means this game is winnable.

The Jaguars will have to get past the second-best scoring defense in the NFL and the third-best overall defense, but it’s possible this one could be a victory. Cautious optimism is advised, especially considering the Vikings will be motivated to win as they struggle to remain in NFC North contention.
