Number 9. Jay Fiedler

Best known for his semi-successful tenure with the Miami Dolphins, Jay Fiedler got his first substantial action in the NFL in a Jacksonville Jaguars uniform. After getting cut from Philadelphia and Minnesota, the Jaguars signed Jay Fiedler as a backup in 1999.

Fiedler didn’t see much real action in 1999, playing late in blowouts, including a horrific 41-14 loss in week 15 to the Tennessee Titans.

He did however get the start in week 17 against the Cincinnati Bengals when the Jaguars decided to sit most of their starters after clinching the number 1 overall seed. Fiedler had a great game, finishing 28 of 39 with 317 yards and a touchdown.

While Fielder didn’t contribute to the Jaguars after that, he did sign with the Miami Dolphins and had a relatively good run with the south Florida team.
