4. Even if the Colts win the division and end up in the playoffs, it’s evident there are some serious holes on the roster. Is Pagano still a lock to get fired at the end of the year, and what about Ryan Grigson?

"I’m not so sure who would get the boot at this point. The Colts season has been completely thrown into chaos by injuries to Luck and others. The fact that the Colts have gone 4-1 without Luck is a testament to Pagano, but at the same time he has plenty of issues as a coach. Grigson as a GM isn’t much better. The problem is that Pagano has a bad philosophy about football in general while Grigson is and overbearing GM who meddles with the starting roster. Irsay could just give them a do-over, but I don’t believe that either know how to get this team to the next level."

My take:

If the Colts make the postseason, I think Grigson keeps his job. If not, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Jim Irsay blow it all up and start over next year with a completely new front office and coaching staff.
