No Jacksonville Jaguars defensive lineman is more efficient at rushing the quarterback than Ryan Davis.

The defensive lineman can rush from the inside and outside and on Sunday he finished the game with 1.5 sacks and a forced fumble.

In fact, Davis is the most productive pass rusher for Week 4 (at the time of this writing) according to Pro Football Focus. He was incredibly productive, especially for only having 15 total pass rushing snaps, adding a hurry and a hit to his sacks and fumble.

Through four weeks, Ryan Davis is the second most productive rusher in the league according to PFF, getting 12 total pressures on 59 pass rushing snaps.

There’s a case to use Davis more on a defense that continues to struggle to rush the passer, especially in its base package. While is skill set is still quite narrow, I think Davis has shown he deserves more opportunities than just 15 pass rush snaps in a game.
