LeSean McCoy, Running Back, Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles are a talent heavy at running back with McCoy and Darren Sproles. But don’t expect Sproles to eat into McCoy’s opportunities too much. McCoy led the league in rushing attempts, yards, and yards per game last season. He’s got the talent to repeat this year and he’s tough for any defense to handle, so expect him to excel in the opener against the Jags. He’ll have a tough time against the strong Jags d-line, but he’s a major threat in space, does well on runs to the outside, and is a ridiculously gifted receiver to boot. McCoy had 1,607 yards on the ground, 539 yards receiving, and 11 touchdowns. But if you have him on your team you already knew that and there’s no way he sitting on your bench.
