Cecil Shorts III, Wide Receiver
The Jacksonville Jaguars have been depleted at the receiver position over the course of the offseason, but they should get a nice bump from the return of Cecil Shorts.

The team rightly isn’t going to give Shorts a lot of work, but it would be comforting to see him catch a few balls and get into a rhythm in preparation for the regular season. He’s expected to be the steady veteran presence around presumably 3 rookie receivers next to him.
