Thought to be in decline 2 years ago, Philip Rivers had an outstanding season in 2013, partly thanks to the terrific play of rookie wide receiver Keenan Allen. Ryan Matthews finally showed some consistent play at running back, and the defense finished the season strong to sneak into the playoffs. If Philip Rivers can build on his 2013 campaign, he could take this Chargers team deeper into the playoffs.
