This is another “find-the-pass-rusher” selection with a lot of potential upside in the 6th round. Despite being the number 1 recruit in his high school class, Powell never really had a big impact thanks to a host of injuries that haunted him his entire collegiate career. If Powell can stay healthy in the NFL, he has ideal size and speed for the LEO position and could produce big numbers.
