The Jacksonville Jaguars brougth back all their offensive line starters from 2025. That kind of continuity will benefit Trevor Lawrence and the running game. That said, the Jags could make a handful of changes upfront.
There could be as many as three jobs up for grabs, with rookie Emmanuel Pregnon and sophomore Wyatt Milum vying for starter roles. Similarly, Walker Little could start at left tackle come Week 1 if Cole Van Lanen isn't back at full strength after suffering a knee injury late in 2025.
The good news is that Jacksonville doesn't have to worry about the right tackle position due to the presence of Anton Harrison, who's cemented his place as an offensive mainstay with the Jaguars. Just recently, rival defensive end Will Anderson recognized how good the Jaguars hog molly is.
Will Anderson just compared Jaguars RT Anton Harrison to Laremy Tunsil
During an appearance on Chasing 10 fishing w/ Randy Moss, Will Anderson heaped praise on Anton Harrison, pointing out that he reminded him of former Houston Texans left tackle Laremy Tunsil.
"My guy, the Jaguar, I say my guy the Jaguars," Anderson told fellow pass rusher Myles Garrett. "We in the same class, and of course we play each other more than any other tackle I'll go against, but he kind of reminds me of LT a little bit. Like they kind of like the same size, athletic build."
Tunsil, a first-round pick in 2016, was traded to the Houston Texans in 2019. He played six seasons with them before he was shipped to the Washington Commanders in 2025. Throughout his career, the former Mizzou Tiger has made the Pro Bowl five times.
On a related note, defensive end Josh Hines-Allen has stated that Tunsil is one of the toughest offensive tackles to go against, so being compared to him is one of the highest compliments Harrison could have gotten. Moreover, this isn't the first time a rival player heaps praise on the Jaguars right tackle.
Chris Jones faced off against Harrison in 2023. He said the then-rookie offensive lineman had a bright future ahead of him. Here's Anderson's exchange with Garrett. His remarks about Harrison start at the 17:58 mark.
Anton Harrison should be a mainstay of the Jaguars O-Line for a long time
Anton Harrison has been everything the Jaguars bargained for and then some. Back in 2023, they let Jawaan Taylor leave in free agency. He ended up signing a four-year deal worth $80 million with the Kansas City Chiefs. The former Florida Gator has since been released, and he landed with the Atlanta Falcons in 2026.
To replace Taylor, the Jags drafted Harrison. He was a Day 1 starter and flashed potential as a rookie. The former Oklahoma Sooner regressed in his sophomore campaign but bounced back in 2025. Not surprisingly, the team's brass picked up the fifth-year option on his rookie deal.
Harrison is now looking to build off his impressive 2025, and if he can play like Laremy Tunsil did in his prime, it'll be a matter of time before the Jaguars reward him with a contract extension.
