The Jacksonville Jaguars are peaking at the right time. After collapsing against the Houston Texans in Week 10, they've gone on to win four in a row and now sit at 9-4 with a favorable chance to qualify for the postseason. It's not a coincidence that during the surge, Trevor Lawrence has been playing his best football of the season.
Since head coach Liam Coen told Lawrence to let it rip, he's shown notable improvement. The past four weeks, he's completed 59.6 percent of his throws for 882 yards with eight touchdowns and four interceptions, none the past two games.
Lawrence's best game of the season might've come against the Colts, though. The fifth-year quarterback reminded everyone just how talented he is, completing 56.7 percent of his throws for 244 yards with two touchdowns. Rightly, he was heaped with praise in the aftermath.
Dan Orlovsky of ESPN noted that Lawrence is playing at an absurdly high level, and colleague Mina Kimes echoed the sentiment, noting that he made just jaw-dropping throws.
Watching Trevor Lawrence and.....was that the best game of his NFL career? My goodness, some of these throws.

But as impressive as Lawrence was, he wasn't the only Jaguar who came through against the Colts. With this in mind, here are three other Jaguars who saw their stock go up after the 36-19 win.
Tim Patrick, Jaguars wide receiver
Brian Thomas Jr. is rightly the talk of the town after his impressive performance against the Colts. After a modest outing the week prior, the 2024 first-round pick hauled in three receptions for 87 yards. However, he wasn't the only receiver who came through in light of Parker Washington's absence.
Tim Patrick has had his best game of the season, catching five passes for 78 yards on eight targets. His touchdown reception mostly stood out, but so did a 26-yard gain in the fourth quarter.

Based on how Patrick play, expect him to keep getting playing time the reminder of the season.
Greg Newsome, Jaguars cornerback
Greg Newsome struggled early in his stint with the Jaguars, which is understandable when you take into account that he was traded midseason and had to learn the system on the fly. That said, that didn't exempt him from being a non-factor. But after getting a season-low six snaps against the Los Angeles Chargers, the 2021 first-round pick has turned the corner and shown his playmaking skills.
Newsome has seen an uptick in playing time the past three weeks and has made the most of his chances. His best performance of the year came in Week 14, when he registered an interception and two passes defensed while giving up a completion rate of just 50.0 percent. Now, the former Northwestern Wildcat must keep playing at a high level.
Cole Van Lanen, Jaguars offensive lineman
Although Cole Van Lanen has been with the Jaguars since 2022, it wasn't until this year that he made his presence felt. In light of injuries, he's made starts at four different spots in the offensive trenches, and the latest one came at left tackle while Walker Little recovers from a concussion.
Van Lanen held his own, giving up just one pressure and no sacks. It's possible that he'll return to the bench if the Jaguars get healthier in the upcoming weeks. Having said that, the former Wisconsin Badger has done enough to earn a bigger role (and a new contract next year).
