Things have changed for the Jacksonville Jaguars the past two seasons. They're sending three players to the 2024 Pro Bowl games. The prior year, Trevor Lawrence and Jamal Agnew got the nod as alternates. When you take into account that they didn't have anyone selected in 2020-2021, it does look like an important accomplishment.

So what other Jaguars players have made the Pro Bowl the past 10 years? Here's a look at every single selection in that span.

Jaguars Pro Bowlers from 2024

Outside linebacker Josh Allen, tight end Evan Engram and long-snapper Ross Matiscik made the cut. While Allen and Evan had previously earned a designation, this is the first time Matsicick has earned Pro Bowl honors in his career.

No Jaguars player was selected on a first ballot but Trevor Lawrence and Jamal Agnew got in as alternates. Sure, it would've been a bigger deal if either Lawrence or Agnew had made the original ballot but it was encouraging to see a pair of Jacksonville players make an appearance after a two-year drought.

Jaguars Pro Bowlers from 2021-2022

No Jaguars player earned Pro Bowl consideration and it's understandable. The Jaguars won a combined four games in 2020, 2021. Keep in mind that the Pro Bowl is played after the season ends and just before the Super Bowl, so the 2022 edition corresponds to the 2021 season and the 2021 selections were a result of 2020.

Jaguars Pro Bowlers from 2020

Despite the fact that the Jaguars went 6-10 in 2019, they managed to send a handful of players to the Pro Bowl. DJ. Chark's nomination stood out. The former LSU Tiger was the last Jacksonville receiver who posted a 1,000-yard season until Christian Kirk accomplished the feat in 2022. Other familiar names who also made the Pro Bowl include Calais Campbell, Jalen Ramsey, and a then-rookie Josh Allen.

When the Jaguars made the AFC Championship in 2017, it looked like they were going to be a perennial contender for years to come but they came crashing down just one season later, mustering a measly five wins. Yet, there were still several talented pieces in place, including the usual suspects, Jalen Ramsey, and Calais Campbell.

2017 marked the peak of the Sacksonville defense. Even though several players had arrived the season before, it wasn't until 2017 that they hit their stride. As a result of their overall success, the Jaguars sent six players to the Pro Bowl: Yannick Ngakoue, Malik Jackson, Jalen Ramsey, Calais Campbell, A.J. Bouye, and Telvin Smith.

The Jaguars didn't have any of their players make the Pro Bowl. Next.

Jaguars Pro Bowlers from 2016

One is better than none, right? In 2015, wide receiver Allen Robinson made the Pro Bowl on the strength of a 1,400-yard season. Although Jacksonville was mostly known for their defense in the 2010s, Robinson was one of the top skill-position players in the league early in his career. Even after he signed with the Bears, he remained highly productive. While the Jags didn't win many games in 2015, the Penn State product had a banner season.

You could make the case that the Jags from the early 2010s were as bad as their 2020 counterpart. Simply, the team was devoid of talent due to a series of bad drafts and questionable free-agency acquisitions. That was reflected in their dearth of Pro Bowl talent. In 2014, like many other years, Jacksonville didn't have a single player get selected.
