The Jacksonville Jaguars will have a chance to widen their lead in the AFC South when they face the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football. They're 4-2 heading into week 7 and a win over the Saints would guarantee they have at least a one-game lead over the Houston Texans, currently the No. 2 team in the division.

Losing could potentially put the Jags in a tie with Houston, which is why they need to go to the Superdome and take care of business. With that in mind, here's everything you need to know for Thursday's bout.

Jaguars vs. Saints injury report for Week 7

The Jaguars will be without several key players for this bout. Cornerback Tyson Campbell, offensive tackle Walker Little, wide receiver Zay Jones, and defensive end DaVon Hamilton have been ruled out. Campbell hurt his hamstring in Week 6 and left the game. Little (MCL) and Jones (knee) missed last week and didn't practice the past few days. Both of them were long shots to suit up Thursday.

On the other hand, Hamilton has been a full participant in practice. His 21-day window to return from Injured Reserve was opened last week but the coaching staff might not want to thrust him into action if he isn't 100 percent. The Ohio State product suffered a non-football injury in the preseason and has yet to play a game this season.

Right guard Brandon Scherff (ankle) and Trevor Lawrence are listed as questionable. If Scherff sits out the game, Blake Hance will most likely get the nod at right guard. Lawrence, for his part, says he's feeling fine after hurting his knee against Indianapolis. However, backup C.J. Beathard took first-team reps in practice and will be behind center in case Lawrence has a setback.

On the other side of the aisle, the Saints will also be without several starters. Specifically, tight end Juwan Johnson (calf), safety J.T Gray (hamstring), offensive lineman James Hurst (ankle), right tackle Ryan Ramczyk (concussion) and backup offensive tackle Landon Young (hip) won't play Thursday. Linebacker Demario Davis (knee) and safety Tyrann Mathieu (foot) got the questionable tag.

Jaguars vs. Saints Odds and Spread for Week 7

The Jags are a 1.5-point underdog with a moneyline of +105, per FanDuel. Bet $100 and win $105 for a total payout of $205 if they beat New Orleans. The Saints' moneyline stands at -115. Place a wager of $115 and win $100 if they beat Jacksonville. The over/under for the game is 39 points.
