Things aren't looking great for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Even though they spent the offseason making several changes to the roster and the coaching staff, they have lost three straight games to start the season. If they want to have a shot at righting the ship, they must start putting in the work and deliver on game day. Head coach Doug Pederson acknowledged as much ahead of the Week 4 matchup against the Houston Texans.

"Coaches need to coach and players need to play. If you want to be an elite football team, it's led from within. It's led by the players," Pederson said one day after the loss to the Buffalo Bills. "The speeches are over. We don't need more rah-rah stuff. It's time to go play football. Fix the mistakes and do everything we can to play our best football this weekend.

Pederson is right. Both the players and the coaching staff must execute if they want to get their first win of the season. Based on how the results of the last three games, it's fair to say that neither has done their part. That must change if they want to beat Houston in Week 4.
