4. Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts could be in any place of the division at the end.

The Indianapolis Colts had Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck for a long time which had to be fun. Since Luck retired, however, things haven't been all that great for them at the position of quarterback.

They tried to address it at the 2023 NFL Draft though. Anthony Richardson was made to be their first round pick (fourth overall) and they are hoping that he is the franchise guy.

Richardson is hoping to win the starting job right away over Gardner Minshew. The fact that Richardson is more of a guy that needs some more development is why they are ranked fourth in the division at the position of quarterback.

All of these teams not named the Jaguars could go in any order by this time next year. The following year, it could be flipped again. We think Lawrence will keep Jacksonville on top for a while but all three of the other teams just drafted new quarterbacks that they'd like to see become stars.
